  • Contact form enquiries: I keep these for up to two years, so I can follow up on conversations and maintain context if you get back in touch. After two years, messages are deleted unless we have an active working relationship.
  • Client records: If we enter into a coaching, speaking, or advisory arrangement, I keep records for as long as required for legal, tax, and professional purposes, typically seven years.
  • Analytics data: Aggregated and retained for up to 26 months.
